Spa Therapist

You will be required to deliver a memorable experience to our guests, delivering bespoke and personalised treatments. We are looking for a (minimum level 3 or equivalent) qualified Spa Therapist to join our team to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies, massage, and beauty treatments to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives. All applicants must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, and a high level of professional practice.

Essential Responsibilities

Offering a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shift

Meeting and greeting the client on arrival

Completing client consultation cards/information

Taking the guest through the customer journey

Explaining the treatment to be performed

Ensuring the treatment is offered to the client’s requirements

Discussing retail products and home care options to enhance guests experience following their treatment

Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment

Liaising with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing

Qualifications, Characteristics and Requirements

NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential

Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment

Flexibility Shifts include; 9.45am – 6.15pm, 10.45am – 7.15pm, 11.45am – 8.15pm

A full UK driving License and access to a car Benefits
