My client, a rapidly growing player in the Transmission & Distribution sector, is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage the Substations Design team within the High Voltage discipline.
About You
In this role, you'll utilise your technical expertise in Substation design along with your proven track record in team management, particularly within the Distribution & Transmission design industry in the UK. Your skills in tenders, business development, and work-winning will be invaluable in driving the strategic growth of my clients team's capabilities.
Requirements
- Substation design experience with National Grid and/or SSE
- Proven track record in team management and resourcing
- Business development and work-winning experience
- Minimum BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering (preferably a Master's degree)
