RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a Construction business based in Glasgow who have been established for over 20 years in the Roofing and Cladding Industry. We carry out all types of works including Tiling, Slating, Lead Works, Flat Roofing, Metal Roofing, Metal Cladding and Rain screens.
The business is currently seeking a Roofing Contracts Manager to strengthen the Company due to increases in our workload. We are looking for someone to manage the Tiling, Slating and Lead Works side of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all roofing contracts in the Glasgow and surrounding area
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the roofing team
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
Have experience in full roofing envelope – tiling, slating and lead works
Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
This position would suit an ambitious individual who is keen to get stuck into all areas of the business, managing our current client expectations.
