Position: Staff Member
Location: Betws-Y-Coed, North Wales
Pay: £12 per hour
Hours: Flexible
About Us: Nestled in the picturesque village of Betws-Y-Coed, our charming country pub and restaurant is renowned for its warm hospitality, delicious food, and friendly atmosphere. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests, whether they're locals or visitors exploring the beauty of Snowdonia.
Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated staff member to join our close-knit team. Your role will involve a mix of front-of-house duties, ensuring our guests receive excellent service, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the establishment.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and seating guests
Taking orders and serving food and drinks
Ensuring a clean and tidy dining area
Assisting with event setups and special occasions
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Providing a friendly and attentive service to all customers Requirements:
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not essential
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings What We Offer:
