The Recruitment Solution are working with a national client who are looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manager based at their dealership in the Chingford area. You will have demonstrable sales experience along with excellent communication and planning skills and a passion for best in class customer service as well as the want to develop and grow team members to succeed.

Sales Manager Requirements?
• You will have a successful track record within a franchised dealer group working in a similar role
• Strong man management and motivational skills
• Previous manufacturer relationships, with a good understanding of new cars
• You will have a stable CV with logical career progression
• You will set high standards and expect your team to adhere to this
