Languages - English, knowing Mandarin will be an asset.
Education - College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent.
Experience - 2 years to less than 3 years office administrative or spa experience.
Work setting - Spa
Responsibilities
• Perform customer services, including reception registration.
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Answer electronic enquiries.
• Inventory control and rack display.
• Receipt of inventory on arrival and recheck before despatch.
• Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings and conferences.
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Check regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
• Compile data, statistics and other information.
• Perform data and bookkeeping, maintain digital database.
• Conduct after sale/services performance evaluation.
• Maintain occupational health, cleanliness and safety.
Experience and specialization
Computer knowledge - MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Area of specialization - Correspondence, Statistics and Bookkeeping. With a good knowledge of cosmetic and skin care will also be an asset.
