Dutch Speakers Customer Advisor in Europe-relocation Package

Cross Border Talents is hiring several Dutch Speakers for Customer Advisors in Portugal, Greece, Malta, Bulgaria and Spain!

Your new role will be...

• Answer and handle cases and errands from the main channels such as phone, chat, and mail.
• Handle questions from both B2B customers and B2C customers.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Requirements to join the team:

• Fluency in Dutch C1 Level or Native;
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Previous experience in customer Support (preferable)
• Good computer skills;
