The Role:
Oversee engagement in the implementation of analytical processes.
Assess effectiveness of Assessment tools and make recommendations to improve.
Suggest and implement new tools and methodologies for Analysis
Suggest and implement automated tools for Analysis
Oversee provision of analysis of candidate assessment data in order to provide statistics and insights on trends and performance.
Oversee provision of reports on the identification of candidate training needs.
Ensure compliance by staff with analysis criteria.
Knowledge transferEducation
Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a relevant Management equivalent
Certified professional certificates in Development, or behavioural and technical assessment, or academic qualifications in the field of assessment
Certified in the field of talent discovery (preferred)Experience
6-8 years professional experience in Development related work
Familiarity with AI technology applied to Development
