We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (PE) with over a decade of experience in Mid-Atlantic civil engineering to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for leadership and career growth within the organization. As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure the quality control of all engineering work within the department, including advice, studies, reports, design, and services.
* Assist the Executive Vice President in workforce planning, project management, and business development initiatives.
* Guide, direct, and supervise staff and managers in project administration, planning, and execution.
* Monitor project scopes and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Maryland Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in Maryland/Mid-Atlantic site design and contract document preparation.
* Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and client representatives, fostering inclusive work environments.
This is an urgent position, with the interview process being only 1 stage.
The role will be located in Baltimore, with a flexible hybrid arrangement upon agreement with company.
