Test Engineer with 5+ Years experience developing hardware and software at Wafer Sort and Final Test for Power Management IC products
Experience using Advantest 93k, MicroFlex testers.
Experience using I2C, I3C, and SPI protocol.
Understand and apply best practices to develop robust test solutions.
Understand procedures such as GR&R, HTOL, Characterization.
Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, and able to work independently.
