Job Description
Program Manager, Instructional Designer will report to EVP, Learning & Development within Publicis Health Media. Your will work with the agency's subject matter experts to provide input for development of new and improvement of current course content for all capabilities within PHM. As the Program Manager you will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of a variety of learning methods and systems. You will manage the L&D efforts in Marcel, including course updates and calendarization. This role works with others to ensure course materials are current, relevant to training needs, and align with program requirements and overall corporate strategies.
Your ImpactInstructional design: Design, write, edit, and produce learning tools and resources
Consults with business partners to perform needs assessments
You will serve as a liaison between internal departments and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop strategic solutions to address them, ensuring that learning programs are tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals, while also offering engaging learning offerings that capture participants.
You will apply principles of adult learning theory to design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences that promote active participation and knowledge retention across various learning styles.
You will partner with PHM and larger Publicis Media & Publicis Groupe subject matter experts to incorporate industry best practices and emerging trends into learning content, ensuring its relevance and applicability to current challenges and opportunities.
You will encourage a culture of continuous learning and development by fostering creativity and innovation in learning experiences, empowering participants to apply newfound knowledge and skills in their daily roles.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through ongoing assessment and feedback mechanisms, using data-driven insights to guide program design and delivery for continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for participant assessments and survey reporting: design, deploy, and gather feedback.
You will manage priorities and utilize project management techniques and practices
You will set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities on every project.
Partner with EVP, Learning and Development on:Developing curriculums needed for Health and HCP expertise.
All L&D marketing communication efforts in tandem with PHM's marketing team.
Manage any onsite training and learning opportunities
You will manages the relationship with relevant partners or relationships to eLearning suppliers and vendors.
Manages eLearning guides and platforms to the overall curriculum and programs managed by this team.
