AECOM is actively growing the East Region Impact Assessment & Permitting (IAP) practice and is seeking a Team Lead/Senior Project Manager for the Williamsport, PA office within the Mid-Atlantic IAP Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management and have experience overseeing environmental permitting and utility siting projects for energy and other private sector clients. The position will report to Williamsport, PA. The successful applicant will join a network of existing AECOM IAP specialists across the US.At AECOM, we’re delivering a better world. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Develop, manage, and administer all personnel and projects carried out by the IAP Team in Williamsport, PA.Manage and perform consulting projects to scope, schedule, and budget, learning and applying AECOM’s project management systems and software. The candidate will accelerate through AECOM’s in-house Project Management certification program within the first year of employment.Coordinate, manage, and direct project field and data collection efforts.Develop, manage, and deliver business strategy and tactics, high-quality proposals, interdisciplinary teams, and documents and report deliverables.Serve as an interface with clients and regulatory personnel on complex projects and through business development initiatives.Proactively enforce a culture of producing high-quality work and the importance of Health & Safety within the team.Provide technical support to the IAP Department and individual Project Managers and support inter-disciplinary business development activities.Collaborate with other AECOM offices, practices, and business lines.Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level staff.Perform client visits and field activities that require work outside the office and overnight travel.About AECOM’s Environment Business LineJoin AECOM to be part of an expert global team who is connected through a well-developed, worldwide, internal technical practice network through which you can learn from and brainstorm with the best in the world.
