Registered Nurse (RN) - Observation Care - Full Time - Permanent Position
CTTX Health is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Observation Care team. As an Observation Care nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing and providing specialized care to patients requiring short-term observation and evaluation.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess patients' conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop appropriate care plans.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide specialized nursing care.
Collect and document patient data and maintain accurate medical records.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an observation unit or similar setting.
Current BLS certification.
Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
