CTTX Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) department. As the Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing mentoring, coaching, and support.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize patient outcomes.
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in medical-surgical nursing and healthcare management.
