HVAC Production Manager.

We are looking for an Production Manager to oversee our home services team. Responsibilities include participating in the overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring we are exceeding our client's expectations. Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar executive role
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
