Our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services unit provides high-quality services for the units of the Agricultural Solutions division of the BASF Group. We are a multicultural team and our team members have different backgrounds ranging from chemistry and biology to data science or business management.

• You identify inventory optimization potentials and follow-up measures with key stakeholders.
• You develop and optimize Supply Chain KPIs as well as inventory and sales coverage reportings.
• In addition, you drive monthly monitoring and improvement process.
• You consult stakeholders with trainings, expertice and ad-hoc reports.
• Furthermore, you develop and adjust training documents.

• degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering or related quantitative fields
• knowledge in the field of Supply Chain and business processes
• ability to work on large-scale databases by extracting, manipulating and joining complex data sets via SQL
• experience in developing analytics dashboards by using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• excellent communication skills in English, German and/or other languages are a plus

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 45.000 - 49.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
• Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
• Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
