Product Marketing Lead DSB EMEA (All Genders)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Go To Market Strategy: Collaborate with different stakeholders to define the strategy, planning, and execution of Go To Market initiatives for our products across different EMEA countries. Collaborate and coordinate with local teams, ensuring that strategies and initiatives are effectively aligned and implemented at the regional level. This includes fostering strong partnerships across various departments to adapt and tailor our strategies to meet local market needs and opportunities. Work closely with teams on the ground, leveraging their insights and expertise to enhance overall effectiveness and drive localized success
  • Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and resonant positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of our target customers. This includes creating and maintaining strategic elements, such as ICPs, personas, value propositions, and establishing a comprehensive asset framework that ensures consistency and impact of our messaging across all touchpoints and channels
  • Customer Journey Enablement: Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success to develop top-tier enablement materials that are customized for diverse customer segments and geographical regions. Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure our messaging is present in every stage of the customer journey, ensuring that from the first point of awareness through to building loyalty and advocacy, every interaction delivers exceptional value to the customer
  • Market insights: Act as a crucial link between the marketing team and product management, shaping the right approach and customer experience with marketing instruments. This includes implementing processes for gathering and integrating market feedback into product development and marketing strategies, and enhancing product-market fit

  • You have university degree in science/marketing or equivalent with work experience with a successful track record within local/regional/global marketing
  • You have several years of experience in Product Marketing ideally for a Software/IT product within the Healthcare space
  • You have proven track record of Go to Market strategies and Product Marketing expertise
  • You have Hands-on mentality with a results-driven mindset, team-player attitude with strong interpersonal skills, and humble approach to collaboration while still being able to communicate clearly and concisely with multiple stakeholders
  • You have fluent and excellent copywriting skills in English
