Your new companyHays are delighted to be exclusively partnering with Invest NI as they prepare to hire a Cloud, Security & Infrastructure Manager within the Infrastructure Team. The Cloud, Security & Infrastructure (CIS) Manger will be a strategic hire as Invest NI continues along their Digital Roadmap. Invest NI is transforming to be a world leading economic development agency responsible for driving a high-performance 10x economy. They do this by supporting new and existing small to large businesses from right across the region to increase export sales, drive high value job creation, improve skills and boost productivity-whilst also attracting new inward investment to the region.What you'll need to succeedAll applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• A track record of recent management of a resilient computer network infrastructure with demonstrable experience of establishing offices, providing connectivity to remote applications including hybrid cloud environments, experience of managing and monitoring applications to ensure performance and availability.
• Experience of supporting a secure information system to at least Cyber Essentials, GovAssure or ISO 27001 standard, ensuring risk-based controls and monitoring are in place to ensure security.
• Experience of managing, motivating, and leading a team of internal and third-party infrastructure analysts to deliver complex ICT projects. Collaborating with and leading others with a successful track record in providing direction and managing performance.
• Experience working collaboratively with senior managers, and diverse stakeholders to successfully define and deliver IT/digital solutions or services of significant scale and complexity, to meet the organisation's strategic priorities. Ability to solve problems and think analytically. Strong organisational, project, and time management skills.
• Experience of Business Case development, procurement of solutions and experience of managing Supplier SLA's and relationships to develop and deliver effective solutions.

What you'll get in returnThe salary range for this position is £52,578 - £56,237 per annum (Grade 7, 2022 Pay Scale - Under Review). The entry point for the successful candidate will be at the minimum of the range. This role attracts an annual ICT Allowance of £2122. This will be paid and backdated after 6 months.HolidaysYour annual leave entitlement will be 25 days per annum with an additional 12 Public and Privilege holidays.The leave year runs from 1st February to 31st January.Leave entitlement in the period prior to the start of the new leave year is calculated on a pro-rata basis.Learning and DevelopmentInvest NI is committed to supporting staff to reach their full potential.
