Commencing the day with a chat and a cup of coffee in Ter Aar, you and your team start between 6:00 and 6:30, dispersing across the country. Flexible working hours enable you to conclude between 13:00 and 17:00. As a roof worker with this company, you along with your team, secure installation of fall protection and climbing materials, creating a safe working environment at elevated heights. These are the main activities during the day:

• Installing anchor points connected to steel cables.
• Placing cage ladders.
• Installing fences or crossover platforms.

The majority of the work takes place at heights. Important that you're not afraid for heights.

• Possession of a driver's license B.
• Experience in construction or as a roofer, for example. Before you start you'll get the training in which you learn all you need to know.
• In possession of VCA-full and a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or able to get those. You can get those through our organization as well.

• A salary from €2500 to €3300, depending on experience.
• Weekly or 4-weeks payment.
