Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Portuguese

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to empathize and actively listen to clients' needs

• Excellent organization and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently

• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
