Looking to fill an Administration role for a property rental company.
Roles include but not limited to:
Daily schedules for all apartment and villa bookings and co ordinating with the staff
Daily guest correspondence via phone, email, website and platforms
Labelling and keeping all petty cash receipts for month end
Month end reservation invoicing
Stock take and co ordintaing replenishments as and when required
Maintenance checks - snag list for maintenance team as and when required
Pool and garden services - maintain schedules and receive invoices
English essential and preferably Portuguese/Spanish
