About this role

Key Partnership Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our Client to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join their Relationship Management team. This is a fully remote role, working on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract with a view to permanent employment long-term.

In this role, you will work with a small portfolio of key customers within primary care services. Your portfolio will be worth several million pounds, so it is vital that the candidate coming into this position is comfortable dealing with high value contracts.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, your role will involve:

* Day to day management over a portfolio of key accounts – mostly large organisations with complex requirements

* Dealing with multi-million-pound contract renewals, extensions, terminations, and amendments

* Prepare and deliver highly impactful usage reporting to customers

* Act as the escalation point for customer feedback, complaints and reviews

* Ensure that services are delivered to customers in line with pre-agreed conditions

* Scouting opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell new solutions

* Lead regular service review meetings with customers – either via Teams or In-Person

What are we looking for?

* 3-4+ years of experience in Account Management

* Must bring experience working within Occupational Health (3+ years)

* Experience dealing with large customers with complex requirements

* First-class interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all kinds of people

* Good with data – reading data, pulling reports and delivering data & insights

* Happy with occasional travel to customer sites when required
