£50,000 - £55,000 + Progression to Maintenance Manager + Training and additional qualifications + Bonus + Days Based + Pension + Holiday
Are you a lead maintenance engineer, maintenance supervisor, or maintenance manager looking to join a growing company in an autonomous role working on exciting CapEx projects, where you will be given excellent training to become a technical expert and gain additional qualifications, while progressing your career into a senior management position?

This company are an award winning manufacturer of construction products across a huge range of industries. Due to continued growth they are looking to for a motivated team player to join their expanding team.
In this role you will be based in a manufacturing environment. Your role will be split between hands on maintenance, both preventative and reactive breakdowns, and leadership roles such as supervising and running CapEx projects.
The role would suit someone from a maintenance engineering background in the manufacturing/ production sector, with some senior role such as supervisor, lead engineer, manager, or other proven leadership experience.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 40 hours, Days (very occasional shift work)
*Reactive maintenance, breakdown, fault finding of manufacturing machinery
*Managing the maintenance team: supervising, running CapEx projects and more
*Hands on role
The Person:
*Maintenance engineer from manufacturing/ production/ FMCG industries
*Proven leadership qualities: such as supervisor, lead engineer, maintenance manager or similar
