Tele Sales Representative

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Tele Sales Representatives to join one of the largest importers and distributors of packaging products in the UK.

Please Note - Sales experience isn't required, but would be preferred - all applicants with telephone experience in sales, customer service or another role, will be considered.

What's on offer? Permanent opportunity, with a working week of 37.5 hours per week; paid at a competitive rate of £24,000 per annum.

Working as a Tele Sales Representative your duties and responsibilities will include promoting, selling and obtaining orders from prospective customers over the phone. Combined with:

Making outbound calls to generate sales
Building B2B relationships with customers
Discussing products and services, assisting customers in selecting those that are best suited for them
Documenting customer information and utilising information already collatedWhat's required? Sales experience is preferred, but not essential, applicants with telephone experience will be considered. Combined with:

Excellent command of the English language
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
The patience and ability engage customers in conversation
Good sales ability
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
