* All Pre Construction Activities
* Take Offs
* Production of competitive tenders
* Subcontract Procurement
Estimator Responsibilities:
* All Estimating activities
* Take Offs
* Construction Plans
* Production of competitive tenders
* Subcontract Procurement
* Send out Enquiries
* Design Meetings
* Work with Subcontractors
* Assist all pre construction activities
Estimator Requirements:
* Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/Degree or equivalent)
* Experienced in civil engineering, utilities, roads, highways, infrastructure etc.
* Excellent communication and people skills
