This role offers the opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team focused on projects at the forefront of the infrastructure sector. Furthermore, the role will entail working with high-profile clients, developing your consultancy skills and diversifying your sector experience. Role Responsibilities:

Overseeing various contracts to align with project goals and policies.
Delivering precise project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting until project completion, in adherence to the budget.
Proactively monitoring and managing cost variances and contract cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely application submissions.
Collaborating with client and contractor teams to oversee project deliverables, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and objectives, including program performance, cost control, and value engineering.
Efficiently managing contract changes while maintaining governance standards and implementing best practices.
Spearheading enhancements in forecast and budget accuracy.

Qualifications:

Ideally, possess a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Preferably hold or be progressing towards membership in an appropriate professional body or equivalent accreditation.
Proficiency in Contract Management, preferably with NEC3 experience (Option C preferred)
