A family-owned construction company, known for its strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and fostering a supportive company culture are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join their experienced team. They specialise in delivering high-quality refurbishment and new build projects up to £4m across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and educational.
The Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
The successful candidate should have a solid track record as a Site Manager and have delivered a wide range of construction projects. Experience of heritage projects would also be advantageous.
They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. A sound understanding of construction methods and materials is necessary, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Prioritizing health and safety on-site is crucial. Adaptability in fast-paced environments and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
