Job Title: Freelance Sub Agent
Project: Water Infrastructure
Location: Derby
Rate: £300 - CIS ONLY
Start Date: Immediate
Kenton Black is recruiting for the role of Sub Agent for our award-winning client based in Derby. This project is the development and refurbishment of waterworks and sewerage treatment works. This Project is £2,000,000 in value and is scheduled run for 34 weeks. A lot of future schemes planned so there is certainly longevity with this role for the right candidate
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their capability to manage sites. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate their ability to organise, manage and motivate a small team of site operatives and subcontract staff to produce a finished product of the highest standard.
Candidate Spec:
• Relevant experience and qualifications - CSCS Supervisor, SMSTS, First Aid
• Excellent organisational communication skills
• Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently.
• Full driving licence
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Experience in the water industry (MUST)
• Weekly client Meetings
• Updating all Paperwork daily in assisting the Site Agent.
• Maintaining a safe site.
