About Us: Plates, founded by Keeley and Kirk Haworth is an ambitious, plant-led food group with divisions in London and South-West France. With a new London restaurant opening this June and an organic farm and cook school to follow, we have big plans for the future.

What we are looking for: Our multifaceted operation requires an enthusiastic individual to join our London restaurant team, ideally with a few years worth of experience working as a sommelier or waiter at a restaurant with a recognised wine list. WSETs (or other) qualifications are preferable but not essential.

The successful candidate will be a warm, charismatic person with a genuine passion for wine along with a strong working knowledge across conventional and natural.

You will be designing and managing a list that reflects and compliments Kirk's cooking - so you'll be someone who is not only passionate about food, but is able to take creative ownership of a wine list that elevates and completes the experience of dining at Plates. This role also has the potential for great professional development and career growth.
