Your role as an Operations Supervisor will include:

* Process and efficiency improvements

* Supervising a lean team and client liaison

* Working with production, maintenance and other departments

The successful Operations Supervisor will have:

* Lean manufacturing skills are desirable (5S, Kaizen)

* Continuous improvement project experience

* Line management experience
