Maintenance Supervisor

Sphere is currently looking to recruit a Responsive Maintenance Supervisor for a successful, long-standing contractor in Cornwall to manage and maintain all reactive works on large portfolio of properties across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all Trades staff.
* Ensure work is carried out to timescales and quality and standards are always being met
* Liaise with contractors, clients and owners, resolving any issues/complaints.
* Carry out inspections before and after work is undergone.
Key Requirements
* NVQ Qualification or equivalent in a relevant building trade
* Good understanding of Asbestos health and safety regulations
* On rota for emergency call-outs
* Previous management/supervisor experience in a similar role.
* Understanding and knowledge of multiple trade disciplines
* Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills
* Proficient in the use of IT systems and software
* Hold Valid Driving license and access to own vehicle

* Salary paying up to £38k
