Are you passionate about Agile coaching and helping teams to deliver high quality software?
We are exclusively partnered with a fast growing SaaS company who have a fantastic opportunity for an Agile Delivery Manager to come in and own the end to end Agile delivery of software projects in the business. This role centres around leading and accelerating the delivery process for their strategic platforms and championing change.

What you’ll do:

Lead delivery lifecycle ensuring timely, quality projects.
Own end to end delivery of projects
Communicate with clients to manage expectations and commercial alignment.
Monitor real-time project status and risk management for CTO.
Optimize Agile practices, champion agile and digital transformation
Collaborate with Product Owner for prioritized work and timelines.
Analyze team delivery capacity and achievements.
Maintain consistent throughput.This role would be a great fit if you have:

Proven Delivery Manager/Project Manager background in technology/software
Experience working with in house developers, project and product managers
Experience running agile software development projects
Extensive Agile experience
Excellent Stakeholder Management experience
Ability to manage and coach technical and non-technical teams
A passion for product development
Project Management tools such as Jira or equivalentThe Culture:
