Principal Building Physics Consultant

Purobuild have partnered with a global, multi-disciplinary consultancy to assist them in finding a Principal Building Physics based in Bristol.

The successful Principal Building Physics Consultant will work on some of the most exciting sustainable design projects in the UK and around the world

Location: Bristol

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Principal Building Physics Consultant Requirement:

An in-depth knowledge of dynamic simulation software and the UK Building Regulations
Knowledge and experience of environmental rating tools, such as BREEAM, LEED, SKA, HQM, Reset, WELL and/or other environmental assessment methodologies, from pre-assessment to post-construction stage assessments.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of building physics, particularly in relation to heat transfer, energy, comfort criteria, CIBSE Guidance and other industry standards.
