We're actively recruiting for a Construction Manager to work on a hybrid basis on the Devonport project. This position will require the correct person to be able to obtain Security Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
* A background in OND, HND, Degree, or equivalent, and aiming for membership in a recognized construction-related professional body or equivalent site experience.
* Possession of the CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
* Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large-scale construction projects within regulated environments.
Role Requirements:
* Designing construction management processes.
* Developing construction management strategies for MIP SRC.
* Assembling and leading a construction delivery team.
* Providing guidance and support to nurture the growth of the construction delivery team.
* Prioritizing Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environmental concerns by prioritizing personal safety and well-being and fostering community and environmental growth.
* Upholding integrity by consistently adhering to ethical practices.
* Prioritizing customer satisfaction by striving for excellence, understanding, and meeting their needs effectively.
