Job Title: Banking and Finance NQ Solicitor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £58,000 - £60,000 per annum
Summary:
A Banking and Finance Solicitor is sought to join a leading Banking and Finance team in Bristol. Known for providing commercially-pragmatic advice to a wide-range of clients this would be a fantastic opportunity to develop your Banking and Finance experience within a supportive, collaborative and ambitious setting.
Responsibilities:
Work on both borrower and lender side transactions, collaborating with the team from the beginning to the completion of a deal.
Handle a wide range of interesting deals, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions, supporting our corporate team with MBOs and private equity transactions, and supporting our R&I team on restructurings.
Have excellent opportunities for client contact, high-quality work, and the chance to develop your Banking and Finance experience.
Develop own client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
Take a solutions-led approach, providing bespoke, premium solutions to clients' challenges.
Develop networking and client-facing skills, while continuing to enhance technical skills.Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience:
Qualified Solicitor or soon to be qualified solicitor with experience within a Banking & Finance practise.
Good general banking experience with the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
Strong motivation and solution-focused mindset to deliver the best service to clients.
Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a close-knit environment.
Keenness to take on responsibilities for building strong professional connections with clients and providing ongoing practical advice.
