Are you from an office based background looking to kickstart your career within sales for a forward thinking and progressive company, offering ongoing training and development leading to a long-term sales role, with on target earnings of over 40k within 2 years?

In this office based role you will be supporting the sales team, making outbound calls to help develop new business, with plenty of training and guidance on the job. After 12-18 months you will be developed enough to progress into external sales, offering a wealth of benefits including a company car and an excellent commission scheme.

This long-standing company work within the construction industry as a provider of materials to some of the largest companies and projects in the country. With multiple offices and continuous expansion plans, they pride themselves on internal promotions leading to fruitful careers for their staff.

This role would suit somebody that has worked in an office environment looking for a career in sales, in a challenging yet rewarding role with a clear progression ladder.

The Role:

Making outbound sales calls to develop new business
Working closely with the Senior Rep, learning the trade
Speaking to customers within the construction industry
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pmThe Person:
