Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are actively recruiting on behalf of a client for a part time
Receptionist / Administrator
Our client is based in Elland, this role is to join a small friendly team who provide reception and admin support to a group of companies. The office environment is very modern and bright and offers free on-site parking.
Working 5 afternoons a week, you’ll join a friendly team in a busy office environment.
The role:
* Answering the phone and either redirecting calls or taking messages.
* Meeting and greeting visitors to site, signing them in and issuing visitor badges
* Arranging meeting rooms, refreshments etc...
* Post, franking letters and parcels
* Supervising and arranging our Training Centre for use by external Trainers.
* Support directors and senior management team with admin tasks
* Any other reasonable task, as required, this list gives you a flavour, but isn’t exhaustive.
General attributes
* Confidence, ability to act on your own initiative and get things done.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good computer skills, Microsoft office.
* Well organised, able to prioritise tasks
* Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
* Friendly, smart appearance, professional and willing to muck in
* Reliable, excellent timekeeping and attendance
Additional information:
Working Hours:
1pm – 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, 12.30pm – 4.30pm Friday (21 hours a week).
NB: If you are looking for slightly less hours a week, please talk to us, it’s possible we could reduce them, provided you can work 5 afternoons and do the finish times, we could look to adjust the start time, for the right candidate.
Salary:
£12.50ph
