BIM Information Manager

Job Summary
As a BIM information manager, you will be a key member of the team. You will be supporting several project teams with the implementation of the client’s BIM vision in line with the latest BIM information requirements. You will also lead the delivery of the information management role for the project team.
As a BIM Information manager your responsibilities will include:
* Create information management reports and federated models.
* Create and audit COBie data.
* Attend and chair project BIM meetings.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify clashes and provide BIM support.
* Identify risks and produce BIM risk registers.
* Uphold ongoing development and continuous improvement by contributing to the information management lessons learnt.
* Stay up to date with the latest BIM standards and technologies.
* Ensuring permission and security protocols are upheld.
* Enforce naming standards on Reds10 and the Client’s common data environment.
Necessary Qualifications and Experience:
* Understanding of ISO 19650 or an aptitude for learning.
* Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud is advantageous.
* Proficiency using Solibri, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Autodesk Revit.
* Proven experience as a BIM coordinator or in a similar role fulfilling BIM tasks.
* Level six qualification (or equivalent) degree in the construction field.
