As a CNC Service Engineer specialising in electrical systems, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal functioning of our diverse range of Machine Tool products. Your role involves servicing, diagnosing faults, and providing exemplary customer service, contributing to high satisfaction levels and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine servicing and maintenance on Machine Tool products, focusing on electrical systems.
Diagnose faults, rectify issues, and replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal machine performance.
Collaborate with technical support, service management, and customer services to address customer concerns effectively.
Conduct planned maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure machine longevity.
Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales department.
