About the role and key responsibilities -
Seeking a high-skilled IT Senior professional to lead and mentor a small IT Team across BAU and Infrastructure Support
Manage the IT Infrastructure and Network Architecture across structured networks and firewalls
Manage the Service Desk team and act as an escalation point at 3rd Line level
Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, addressing their technology needs and requirements
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and networks.Technical and Management Skills Required -
In-depth knowledge of Hybrid Solutions, Cloud Technologies, Virtualisation and Server Administration
Cisco networks - architecture and deployments
Network & Infrastructure Architecture
ITIL Experience
Experience in managing an IT Team - whether at Manager or Team Leader level
Microsoft 365, Office 365, Autopilot and Intune
End-user computer support - desktops, laptops, mobile devices and software applications
