As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing listings, assisting clients with their real estate needs, and helping them achieve their goals. Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties
Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
Show and promote properties to potential buyers
Advise clients on pricing strategies and negotiation techniques
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and best practices
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and sales abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of MS Office and real estate software
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years old or older
