Prepare yourself for the dynamic field of IT in a comprehensive 36-month trainee program. You can experience our international divisions through several job rotations at different locations in Austria. Explore teams such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Application Support, Application Development, B2B, and more! By building up extensive know-how, we will prepare you to create IT solutions that shape our future.

Regular evaluations and a dedicated mentor will support you throughout the journey, so we can always focus on your strengths and match you with a position that is optimally suited to you after the program.

During your rotations, you will dive into different teams below, and engage in a wide variety of projects:

• Application Support
  • Work on responding to tickets created by users on MGIT supported applications, master data management, preparing and maintaining technical documentation
• Application Development
  • Work on the development of new applications as well as updating existing applications for our customers, etc.
• Data Science/Data Analytics
  • Work on Power BI development projects for our customers and other interesting projects
• B2B
  • Investigate issues with the Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Electronical Data Interchange (EDI) services used by our divisions and partners

• You must hold an IT or technical bachelor's degree/diploma, or a HTL degree with focus on the IT area; alternatively, you have similar work experiences or training
• New graduates or up to 1 year experience in the IT field

• Interest to develop yourself in various IT areas
• The ability to think in logical and abstract ways
• The ability to understand and express technical concepts
• Solid English and German communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sociability, willingness to learn, and enjoy teamwork
• The ability to document and present complex issues
• Awareness and commitment for quality, reliability, and a mind for service
• Knowledge in the field of administration of WEB applications and databases (MSSQL) is of advantage
• Experience with .NET Applications, IIS, Windows OS, SharePoint is of advantage
• Basic knowledge in the field of programming of WEB applications is of advantage
• Profound knowledge within the Microsoft Office product family is nice to have
• Good knowledge of IT service and support processes is nice to have
• Good hardware knowledge (mobile devices like iPhone, Android, BB)

The annual remuneration package for this position is EUR 30.000,-. No travel.
