Salary: $46.00/hrs - 40 hrs./week

Responsibilities and Duties:
 

  • Hire, train and manage sales team and developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Understand customers needs and how they relate to our products and negotiate the sales agreement with clients
  • Plan and direct the new product lines and communicate with marketing department to promote new products.
  • Plan and formulate sales policies and sales strategies
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and revenue controls.
  • Plan and track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Setting sales targets with the sales team.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

 

 

Required Skills:

·       Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Manager position.

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sale team.
