Requirements:
Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education with several years of professional experience
- Proficiency in typical DevOps applications (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI) and/or modern virtualization and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, VMware)
- ITIL knowledge and experience in leading IT (sub) projects
- Enjoyment of complex tasks and digital transformations
- Analytical and communication skills as well as quick comprehension, teamwork, and customer-oriented approach
- Experience in data center operations and in automation and containerization topics
- Interest in open-source solutions and knowledge of agile methods
Responsibilities:
Implement and operate a modern IT infrastructure and DevOps environment with the team
- Support business units in all matters concerning the introduction of their DevOps platform (e.g. GitLab CI, Artifactory) and a container-based build environment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare)
- Coordinate and moderate between business units and software development in projects
- Improve daily work environment through standardization and automation
- Diagnose and resolve system and application issues in 2nd level support and coordinate business units in troubleshooting
