Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualification is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• Strong technical proficiency in external audit, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
• Prior experience in audit file reviews or compliance roles.
• Commercial acumen within the UK / Ireland accounting sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to offer practical guidance and remain updated on regulatory changes.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assess compliance of accountancy practices with regulatory standards.
• Independently review files to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Product team to shape decisions and align solutions with Sales and Marketing strategies.
