JOB DESCRIPTION

As an independently working chef, you have an important role within our company. Flexibility and daring to introduce new methods, techniques and recipes to us is what we expect from you as an independent working chef. Within our Asian kitchens there is plenty of room to use your talents and share them with us. We also give you the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of all other Asian cuisines and of our existing recipes and preparation methods.

JOB DUTIES

·        Working independently aswell as in a team;

·        Gaining knowledge and experience of our current recipes;

·        Carrying out preparatory and preparatory work such as washing, cutting, weighing, marinating, mixing, cooking, stir-frying and etc.;

·        Assessing the ingredients for freshness, taste and shelf life;

·        Guaranteeing and improving restaurant quality in the field of

    food safety, the taste of the different dishes and our working methods:

·        If necessary, transfer your knowledge and experiences to other chefs and other departments within our company;

·        Cleaning and maintaining the working environment, kitchen equipment, etc.

NB: During the application procedure there may be an assessment of the knowledge and skills of the chef.

Requested

·        Quality and commercially oriented thinking includes HACCP compliance:

·        You are flexible, stress-resistant during busy hours/periods and can work independently as well as in a team.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

2,392 p/m (gross)

A salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement. Space for personal development to grow within your field and/or other fields. We can train the cook internally to become an independent chef for our Asian kitchen.
