Our team is expanding and we are growing our reservations department at Ideal Homes Rentals!
The requirements for this position are for somebody who is eager to learn and manage a multitude of tasks following training, including but not limited to:
- Communication with clients by telephone and email
- Use of an online booking system to process reservations and respond to enquiries
- Various admin duties inputting data correctly and efficiently
- Organisation of client accounts, invoices and payment schedules
This role is based at our head office in Vila Sol Resort, Quarteira.
We are also looking for candidates to join our amazing team of holiday representatives, to look after our properties and meet and greet clients on arrival, among other tasks, across all the Algarve, we will provide full training for this role. So if you are:
- Organised and self motivated
- Fluent in English
- A driver with your own transport

The ability to be flexible within your role and schedule and travel throughout the Algarve is essential.
We are currently looking for applicants from different areas across the Algarve, including those who live near Lagos, Silves, Guia, Albufeira, Quarteira and Tavira.
