My client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 12 - 18 month fixed term contract. The role will be both operational as well as strategic and will need someone experienced in a similar kind of role previously. This is a new opportunity due to diversifying into a new market.

The role will include:

* Building relationships with Senior Managers to develop an understanding of the business and set clear expectations for recruitment

* Sourcing applicants through various channels

* Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events to find new candidates

* Maintaining and updating records for recruitment including interview notes and paperwork

* Planning interview and selection procedures, including pre screen and interviews

* Assessing candidate information including V and covering letters, using ATS

* Assisting with employer branding initiatives

* Using various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates

* Ensuring onboarding is completed accurately

* Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline onboarding

* Producing new strategies to expand candidate pool and build on this

* Building sourcing strategy and engaging passive candidates

* Increasing candidates experience

* Devising and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipeline

* Developing and early years plan

* Developing and tracking metrics for recruitment and onboarding

* Identifying talent needs across the business

* Reviewing job descriptions and understanding roles within the business

On Offer:

* £65k - £75k DOE

* 12 - 18 month Fixed Term Contract

* Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
