Job: Panel Beater
Salary/OTE: £40k OTE £50k
Area: Weston-Super-Mare
Ascend Talent is seeking a Panel Beater to join an accident repair centre based in Somerset. As a Panel Beater you will be responsible for all Panel Repair, Replacement & Structural aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods.
Responsibilities: As a Beater you will be responsible for;
* body work repair or replacement, including trim.
* Repairing damage in line with manufacturer guidelines.
* Stripping & assembling following all correct techniques/ procedures to the highest manufacturer standard.
Experience/ Skill:
* Background of Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair role
* Experience on Jig work
* Fixtures and welding
* ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable.
Package:
* Salary £39,780/ £18ph basic with an OTE of £50k +.
* Bonus Scheme uncapped
