Cure Talent is delighted to partner with a leading medical device company specialising in the design and manufacture of cutting-edge medical safety equipment.
Due to increased workflow, we have an urgent need for a Test Engineer to join the business to work across new and legacy products.
Core role responsibilities include:
* Design, develop, and execute software verification tests for medical devices.
* Analyse software requirements and design specifications for testability.
* Develop functional, integration, interface, and unit tests for software applications and firmware using knowledge of test methods, equipment, and platforms.
* Create test scripts for automated verification tests.
Required skills, experience, and qualifications:
* Python programming knowledge.
* Previous experience creating test plans for medical devices.
* Various levels of functional testing experience with devices.
Any experience with CANOpen, LDRA Testing, National instrument, LabVIEW and/or Azure would be a huge bonus but not essential.
If you are an experienced software test engineer who likes working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great project for you and there are loads of work to keep you very busy for at least a year
